Who / What Do We Support and How Can I Learn More?

Conference AV Services - Our conference AV services division makes AV technologies such as projectors/screens, TVs, wireless microphones, speaker systems, and other devices available/accessible for short-term use at events such as trainings, seminars, corporate gatherings, and other group events that take place within the meeting spaces of the Purdue Memorial Union (PMU) and Stewart Center (STEW).

Departmental Space AV Solutions - Departmental spaces allow us to leverage our knowledge and expertise in system design, installation, and support within highly-active Learning Spaces and apply them to spaces that are departmentally-owned/departmentally-funded that exist across campus. This includes specialty/purpose-designed classrooms and labs, department conference spaces, lecture halls, and countless other spaces.

Learning Spaces & Lab AV Systems - Learning Spaces includes traditional classrooms, active learning spaces, lecture halls, and instructional labs (including computer labs) for all centrally-scheduled/centrally-funded spaces. These spaces are primarily located across the main Purdue West Lafayette (PWL) campus; however, we do extend our service capabilities to all Purdue remote campuses as well.

AV System Design & Engineering - Many aspects go into designing a quality AV system for a space. Oversights or inexperience in any aspect of the system design/programming can result in a poor guest experience, a frustrated staff/presenter experience, costly corrections, and wasted financial investments. Let our highly-trained, experienced, and certified staff provide you with a system that will suit your unique space, fit your specific needs, and exceed your expectations!

Digital Signage & Interactive Kiosks  - Digital signage/billboards provide the freedom to promote your interests & events 24/7 using visually-stunning displays and easily updated content. Interactive kiosks expand on this capability by providing a solution that users can touch and control themselves to focus what on what they are wanting to see or learn more about. Common solutions include restaurant menu boards, building directories/wayfinding maps, interactive kiosks for self-help and topic-specific teaching, providing mass notifications of upcoming events, and more.
